They buried her today.
I was there.
An armful of roses, some from me and the others on behalf of a good friend who couldn't be there due to geographical (and perhaps emotional) reasons.
It was over pretty quickly. They sang Amazing Grace and another chinese Christian song i didn't know. That got me pretty well teared up. What really got to me was seeing her family huddled together in tears...
And just when I thought I'd gotten control of mine.
I realise I don't deal very well with farewells. I always thought I was a cold, hard-hearted bitch, but looks like the bitch can cry afterall.
Goodbye Rachel, I hope you're happier where you are now.
